Wa-hey! A new PB for 10k of 32.40. Well 32.39 actually but I'll go by the gun time. A great little course through Brighton this one and the conditions were just right for it with very little wind and nice and flat. And 15th overall which isn't too bad for one of the top 10k's in the country. In fact, judging by the photo above (2717) I reckon I was at least 5th......at the start.
